All cost estimates are preliminary and may change upon detailed inspection. Revised estimates will be shared with the customer, and no additional work will be performed without prior approval.
A limited 1-month warranty applies only to the specific repair performed. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
Full payment is required before vehicle release. Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or bank transfer.
The customer authorizes the garage to operate the vehicle for diagnostic and testing purposes.
The garage is not liable for loss or damage due to theft, fire, or unforeseen events, unless caused by proven negligence.
Repair timelines depend on parts availability and repair complexity. The garage is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
A storage fee of AED 100 per day applies if the vehicle is not collected within 2 working days after completion.
Vehicles not collected within 30 days may be sold or disposed of, after reasonable notice, to recover dues or avoid municipal penalties.
If the customer requests the use of their vehicle for pick-up or drop-off, all liability for accidents or damages remains with the customer, including insurance claims.
Customers should remove all personal items. The garage is not responsible for loss of or damage to belongings left in the vehicle.
The customer authorizes Carmate to contact them via phone, WhatsApp, and email for service updates, promotions, reminders, and repair status information.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate of Dubai.
Carmate reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving abusive behavior, unsafe vehicle conditions, or illegal modifications.
Carmate may update these terms and conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Carmate and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the vehicle or services provided.
